As a Spa Attendant at Salinity, you will be tasked with the following duties and responsibilities:

Detail Oriented
Spa Attendants book appointments, record customer details, and take payments, so it is crucial that all information handled is done so securely and accurately, according to spa policy.
Strong Customer Service
We want to ensure that visitors to Salinity have an ideal experience every time they visit or call us, and our attendants must be able to deliver this high standard of customer service.
Cleaning
Cleanliness is absolutely essential, and while we have implemented many safety procedures at Salinity, regular cleaning and maintenance is required to ensure an ideal experience for every customer. Spa attendants must be able to clean & sanitize rooms, replace used towels & linens, and otherwise maintain the Salinity facility.
Multitasking
Our Spa Attendants handle a diverse range of duties every day. Many of these tasks involve serving customers within the Spa, taking bookings over the phone, and maintaining cleanliness throughout Salinity. As such, Spa Attendants must fluidly switch between tasks and adapt to changing situations.
Physical Fitness
This position includes walking around the spa, picking up and transporting items (up to 30 lbs), and sweeping or scrubbing, so Spa Attendants must be physically able to complete these tasks.
