Job Title: Sales Executive – Environmental Toxicology

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence in environmental toxicology testing services, with a focus on biological specimens (e.g., blood, urine, tissue). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental health sciences and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within environmental consulting firms, government agencies, academic research groups, and industrial clients.
Promote testing services focused on biological specimens for toxicological analysis ( e.g., PFAS, heavy metals, persistent organic pollutants, biomarkers, pesticide testing services)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Track sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Toxicology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory testing services, environmental health, or related industries.
Strong network in construction, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, oil refining, and waste management.
Strong knowledge of environmental toxicology and biological specimen testing is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with government contracts or grant-funded projects.
Existing client relationships in environmental health sectors.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (EPA, CDC, OSHA) related to toxicology testing.
