Overview

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our team and manage campaigns for clients in the eCommerce and CPG sectors. In this role, you will plan, traffic, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms, with the goal of helping our clients exceed their business objectives.
You should be an expert in paid media buying, stay up to date on platform trends, and be eager to spot new opportunities that can drive success. With a strong attention to detail and an affinity for data, you will collaborate closely with the Data, Insights, and Creative teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. Your goals will range from driving conversions and engagement to increasing video views and follower growth.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze the performance of campaigns in real-time, adjust strategies as needed, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Quality Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring that paid media tactics and results are communicated effectively.
Campaign Optimization: Apply insights from past campaigns to optimize future strategies, ensuring best-in-class execution and achieving measurable success.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years managing paid media campaigns, particularly on platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and Programmatic.
Skills:
Full funnel buying experience, with a strong understanding of both Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary & Compensation
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, with compensation varying based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Additional Rewards: Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other performance-based awards.
