Responsibilities
* Develop and customize CRM systems: Design, code, test, and implement configurations Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure and Power Platform.
* Integrate CRM with other applications: Enhance functionality by integrating CRM with other systems.
* Troubleshoot and provide technical support: Resolve bugs and issues and offer technical support when necessary.
* Optimize performance: Monitor and optimize the CRM system for maximum speed and scalability.
* Ensure data security: Adhere to data security and privacy regulations.
* Provide training: Train and support end users to help them use the CRM effectively.
* Stay updated: Keep up with the latest CRM technologies, platforms, and best practices.

Skills and Requirements
* 3 years of experience
Education: At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Dynamics Plugins, JavaScript, and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Power Automate, Power Platform, Azure functions, Python, Microsoft Power Solutions, Jira, Azure DevOps.
* Experience: Experience in developing, customizing, and integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and its components. Desired Skills
* Understanding of relational database concepts, ODATA, REST endpoints, and web services.
* Experience with Test Driven Development and OO design patterns. null
