Marketing Project Manager San Francisco, CA **100% Remote** Contract $46/hr - $50/hr Exciting Marketing Project Manager opportunity with an established firm. Contract Duration: 12 Months Locations: 100% remote but occasional office hours in Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA or Alpharetta, GA **Required Skills & Experience** + Minimum 5 years of Marketing and Content Management experience + Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree + Strong organizational and project management skills. + Experience in collateral/content management and maintaining repositories. + Familiarity with coordinating updates to proprietary tools or systems. + Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with different teams. + Detail oriented with problem-solving abilities + Knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills. + Knowledge of health care industry issues preferred + **What You Will Be Doing** **Job Description: Collateral/Content Management:** - Working with our internal stakeholders to update and maintain SMB marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with our current product updates, messaging and branding.Repository Updates:- Managing and updating repositories (Highspot, MRL, Box, Rapid Rater) to reflect the latest versions an new resources.- Managing accessibility and version control for all updated materials.Coordination with Development Team:- Working closely with the development team to coordinate updates to Rapid Rater including testing.- Facilitating communication between product, sales and the dev team to ensure needed updates. **Daily Responsibilities:** **Marketing Program/Project Management:** - Work with cross-functional teams to execute internal and external marketing programs/projects.
