For more information, visit: Responsibilities: Performing analysis and design of bridge elementsPreparing cohesive and organized structural calculationsDetailing and drafting of structural elementsAssist with geometric layout and quantity developmentDeveloping task deliverables for review by a Senior EngineerPerforming tasks according to the assigned schedule and budgetWorking independently under the guidance of a Senior EngineerProvide direction for team members as neededParticipate in bridge inspections, perform load rating calculations, and assist with report writing Qualifications: 0-5 years of bridge engineering design experienceB.S. in Civil Engineering degree is required, and an M.S. is preferredEngineer-in-Training Certification preferred, with a desire to obtain PE licensureBasic knowledge of applicable codes and standardsBasic knowledge of general-purpose structural analysis programsBasic knowledge of computer-aided drafting programsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent organizational skillsPositive attitude and good work ethic with a desire to work in a collaborative environment
