We are currently seeking a highly organized and energetic Events Assistant to support our event planning and coordination activities. This role is key in helping to execute real estate events, client meetings, open houses, and corporate functions that reflect our professional standards and brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, including property showcases and networking functions

  • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue setup, scheduling, catering, and vendor communications

  • Manage event materials, signage, and promotional content in coordination with the marketing team

  • Maintain detailed timelines and ensure all event milestones are met

  • Support the Events Manager in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

  • Assist in post-event reporting and performance assessments

  • Handle guest inquiries and provide on-site support during events

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
