We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Automation Marketing Manager to join our team in a dynamic, remote role. You'll play a key role in creating engaging, effective digital experiences, focusing on graduate program web pages and email campaigns. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with a talented team to drive results through thoughtful strategy and execution.
What You'll Do:
Training & Development: Receive comprehensive training in marketing automation tools, with a focus on Marketo, to build expertise in this area.
Campaign Management: Design and execute engaging email and event campaigns. Oversee the deployment and performance of these campaigns, and implement A/B testing to improve results.
Web Page Optimization: Work on graduate program web pages, optimizing them for conversions, analyzing data through Google Analytics, and collaborating with the Web Manager and external agencies to ensure a smooth and effective user experience.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously using Trello to track progress and meet deadlines without requiring constant oversight.
Collaborative Engagement: Coordinate closely with team members to manage the strategy and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment across channels and platforms.
Data-Driven Decisions: Regularly review campaign performance, and provide critical insights for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Education: A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on web and email campaign management.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with or a willingness to learn marketing automation tools like Marketo, including campaign deployment, performance reporting, and A/B testing.
Strategy & Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and develop strategies that go beyond basic campaign execution. You'll need to assess and enhance your work, optimizing for the best results.
Collaboration: Comfort with building remote relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas and campaign results confidently, both in written and verbal formats.
