Maintain case notes and compliance with confidentiality regulations
Respond to emergency counseling needs 24/7
Work with diverse employee populations across NRC regions
Qualifications:
Master’s in clinical mental health field
Active state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
Competence in substance abuse assessment
Experience with workplace behavioral health
