Job Description

We are looking for skilled Class A CDL drivers who are eager to hit the open road and optimize their earnings through high mileage and guaranteed pay. This role presents an exciting chance for committed drivers seeking a no-touch freight experience with attractive compensation.

Position Highlights:

  • Starting Pay: Drivers will receive $0.50–$0.65 CPM based on verified experience, with the potential to earn between $1,300 and $1,950+ weekly.
  • Weekly Minimum Guarantee: $1,000/week after 30 days, irrespective of equipment or weather conditions.
  • Freight: 100% no-touch, primarily drop & hook, focusing on reefer freight.
  • Equipment: All late-model Kenworth T680s (less than 3 years old) equipped with inverters and APUs.
  • Home Time: Minimum of 13 days out with 1 day of home time accrued for each week worked (up to 12 days can be banked). Unused days may be sold back to the company.
  • Rider Policy: Riders aged 10 and older are permitted (pets are not allowed).
  • Orientation: Conducted every Monday, with travel arrangements provided (flight or rental car). Drivers are dispatched immediately after orientation.
  • Coverage Area: All 48 states, including NYC’s Hunts Point Market.
  • High-Mileage Potential: Drivers typically run coast-to-coast and may exceed 3,000+ miles per week.
  • Benefits: Medical Insurance coverage begins after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits such as life insurance and eligibility for 401(k) will be discussed during orientation.

Driver Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Regional CDL-A or OTR CDL-A experience within the last 5 years, with at least 2.5 years of driving experience, including 1 year of OTR CDL-A or Regional CDL-A. Newer drivers and those with less experience are encouraged to apply, as we value potential and commitment.
  • Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no reckless/careless driving offenses in the last 5 years. Mobile device violations will be treated as normal moving violations unless 5 years have passed.
  • Criminal Background: No lifetime convictions for serious offenses. All others will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
