Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Influencer , the Brand Ambassador Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Influencer Team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the CELSIUS Brand Ambassador Program across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for a highly communicative, energetic, and detail-oriented individual passionate about community engagement and brand advocacy. The Brand Ambassador Coordinator will work closely with the broader Marketing Team to execute program initiatives and ensure smooth program operations.
Requirements
• Assist in executing CELSIUS' U.S. & Canada Brand Ambassador Programs by coordinating engagement activities, incentives, and challenges to foster a dedicated ambassador community.
• Track and compile reports to monitor program performance and ambassador participation, making recommendations for improvements.
• Serve as a primary contact for 3,000+ Brand Ambassadors, responding to inquiries and ensuring clear communication.
• Support the enforcement of Brand Guidelines and monitor ambassador-generated content for compliance with social media deliverable requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new Brand Ambassadors, aligning with program initiatives.
• Coordinate monthly social media challenges that encourage brand awareness and community participation.
• Facilitate weekly product orders, ensuring timely fulfillment for ambassadors.
• Maintain and track apparel/gear inventory, assisting with new orders as needed.
• Review ambassador content and provide constructive feedback to align with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Influencer, Events, Sales, and Marketing, to support ambassador strategies within larger campaigns.
• Support the global expansion of the Brand Ambassador Program as CELSIUS continues to grow internationally.
• Handle backend administrative tasks related to engagement platforms and ambassador support.

• Growth and engagement of the Brand Ambassador community
• Increased retention and participation in ambassador-driven activities
• Timely execution of backend administrative updates to enhance program efficiency
• Development of a successful Brand Ambassador Program in Canada
• Effective collaboration with internal teams to align program objectives with broader marketing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with college ambassador program experience.
• Experience with Brand Ambassador engagement platforms such as Tribe or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for engaging communities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to follow processes and procedures effectively.
• Enthusiasm for brand building and social media engagement.
• Ability to track program data, identify trends, and provide insights for improvements.
